I’m not talking about Disney’s Frozen anthem either! I’m talking about in real life!
How do you live day to day? I noticed recently that I needed to “let it go” and get back to who I am. It’s not that I didn’t already know who I was, but I needed a deeper understanding of why I’m doing what I do on a daily basis. Even though I’m passionate about my craft I needed to do some deep introspection and block everyone else out so that I can recall the reason why I want to impact others as a healthy lifestyle coach. But, I’m actually much more than a healthy lifestyle coach. I’m actually a soul who is yearning to elevate to my best self. With this comes a deeper understanding of how to love myself while also loving others, and how to give myself the love that I deserve!
So when you hear the phrase Let it Go, what exactly is “it”? When’s the last time you cleansed your environment, fasted from distractions, and just returned back to self? “It” is anything that is distracting you or weighing you down.
Getting Rid of Unnecessary Distractions
I decided to do that and was astounded by the results! I set aside several days and decided to remove something each day. What I removed, varied from people to activities, but they all had one thing in common: They no longer served me and added to my purpose. Each day that I got rid of something my load became lighter and I kept getting a clearer picture of who I was. Opportunities opened up and people around me budded into brighter beings as well. It was refreshing and amazing! I’m STILL reaping the benefits of “trimming the fat” in my life! I let “it” go and I don’t regret it!
I encourage you to take a look at all of the relationships and distractions in your own life right now and ask yourself if this is what you really deserve? Do you want more? Do you want to settle for less? Do you enjoy waking up to chaos and disorganization? Do you enjoy frustration and being overwhelmed? Do you enjoy looking at yourself in the mirror and wondering at which point you let yourself go? Is this it? Is this what you planned? Is this what you’d wish for someone else you love? Or do you want to be the catalyst to change by focusing on what really matters? Now ask yourself what really does matter? I hope you answered…ME! I’m (you) what really matters!
Now that my mind is refreshed, I feel like I can take on the world in a brand new way. I feel like I can pay better attention to how to live fully and completely. I feel like I can even take better care of my body. We all know by now that it is much easier to take better care of our bodies when we’re not stressed out and overwhelmed, right? We all know that others around us benefit when we decide to express ourselves from a rejuvenated state of mind.
Sometimes it’s not that we don’t know that we should be taking care of ourselves. It’s that there are too many distractions. How can we get rid of those distractions? Well, begin by looking at every single thing that is weighing you down and ask for help! There is always help. We’re just not necessarily open to receiving help. Delegate and know that you don’t have to do everything yourself. When I decided to hire help for things that I did not want to do or could not do it opened up more opportunity for me to do what I really enjoy. Sometimes the peace of mind is worth the investment. If you’re not sure if you can afford it, you probably can. Just learn how to contribute even more to the world to earn more and re-prioritize how you spend your time so that you can finally thrive into being your best self.
Letting it Go: An Achievable Goal
You can afford to raise your health standard if you really want to. You may just not know how to do it in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re adding more stress to your life. Let’s take a walk together so that I can show you how I removed the chaos and adaption to the social norm and instead created a life of simplicity as shared in my 21-Day Stress Reboot program. I promise that once you’ve reached the end you will awaken to all of the possibilities that living a reduced stress and abundantly peaceful life can bring. You are too ridiculously amazing to walk around like a zombie with little direction in life. You’re also too amazing to create reasons for why you need to work like a slave to be fulfilled. Let me help you transform the way you see the world and teach you how I broke free from a world of living outside of myself and instead began living a life of self-awareness and freedom.
I believe in you. Do you believe in yourself yet?
