Oh no!  Where did the time go?!  One minute I’m trying to stay focused on what I need to do for the day and the next minute 5 hours has passed and I’m amazed at how many new people I have met in just ONE day via social media!

That was my experience recently as I was busy scheduling several podcast episodes with purpose-driven women from all around the globe to share their stories of how they were able to turn their passions into fruitful careers. As you’ve heard me say several times before, life sometimes becomes more fulfilling once we discover a career path that is more aligned with our core values and unique life purpose. As a holistic health coach I’m not only interested in how fabulous you look in that sexy black dress you’ve been waiting to fit into, or how great the bikini is going to look on you when you go on vacation, I’m also interested in you being your best self in every single way!

Your Emotional and Mental Health Matters

Actually, some of the most significant words I can share with you is that your emotional and mental health matters, and your God-given life purpose CAN be discovered if you are aware of the best resources and receive a valuable level of support.  And guess what? It does NOT need to take years to discover what that life purpose is. As a matter of fact, I can usually determine what lights someone up within a 60 minute conversation when I ask the right questions. When we discover what that thing that lights you up is, we then make a plan to help you move from point A to Point Z without major disruption of your life.  After most conversations I usually hear some variation of “I’ve spent over 30 years trying to figure out what you just narrowed down in 60 minutes. Where have you been all my life?”

I’m not saying this to brag.  Perhaps you haven’t heard my story yet and wonder if I truly understand what it means to step outside of your comfort zone and monetize a passion.  I believe in stepping outside of your comfort zone so much that I even decided to create an online course teaching women how to better define their career purpose and escape jobs that were nothing more than an invitation to rush the week along to enjoy the weekend.

Seeking True Fulfillment

When was the last time you felt fulfilled with your career decision?  Does this career decision exist only to pay the bills? Does it provide peace and purpose?  Does it allow you to use your God-given skills and talents? Does it make you excited to tell others about what you do for a living?

It’s quite ok if you answered “no” to any of the above questions and if the role you are in presently doesn’t light you up.  We can utilize the skills you have gained and start making traction toward what you really desire for yourself in your spare time. Sometimes this process is MUCH easier than ladies typically believed it would be and they were able to start living their dream, even if it’s only on a part-time basis while working their main job.

This is ALL about making baby steps toward growth.  I’m not expecting you to become a millionaire overnight.   I’m also not expecting you to quit your job without a solid plan in place to secure your financial needs.  I AM expecting you to look within and ask yourself if you are currently doing everything you can to give the world more of what it needs and using more of what you already have on the inside of yourself to bring you to a place of fulfillment.  Let’s connect in my Nutrition 4 Busy Women Facebook Group where I encourage ladies to not only design their bodies to look good on the outside but to also feel good on the inside.

What are your thoughts?  Are you still fearful of the unknown?  Or is that something you’re open to welcoming into your life too?

Whether you answered yes or no to those questions, I encourage you to share this message with your friends and family who are sometimes STUCK.  Perhaps either you or them will even resonate with Andriana, a beautiful woman who was a guest in a recent podcast episode I hosted.  Andriana lost her mom at the age of 15 years old and now empowers women directly and indirectly to live their best lives.  If she can believe in herself even though her strongest support system was cut off at such an early age, I believe you can find a spark within yourself to make things happen for yourself too!

I believe in your UNIQUE Greatness!
