As we walk through our day we are constantly bombarded with images of how a woman should look and forgetting that we are all built differently. This course is not about teaching all women to look the same. Instead, it is a course which will teach you how to begin making daily small changes to increase your health so that you are less reliant on pills, prescriptions and rigid exercises and more reliant on food found in nature and engaging exercises to spark optimal health!

Scanning Documents for Activities (May or May not need, only if there are PDF documents)
Some of the activities for this bootcamp will require you to complete documents and email them to Ebonie for bonus points that tie to the raffle drawing. In order to submit your completed activity documents, you will need to scan your page(s) so it becomes one PDF document. If you have access to a scanner, you can scan your documents the traditional way and email the completed document. However, if you do not have a scanner, you can use Scanbot (or an alternative scanning app). Scanbot, which works for both iOS and Android devices, will let you scan multiple pages and will convert the individual pages into one PDF document. If you need assistance with using this app or help getting started, please refer to Scanbot Support for assistance and click on either iOS or Android based upon the device you are using.
Note: When you are scanning your documents, make sure you are holding your hand/device steady so the scanned document(s) do not look blurry.
